Hormone Balance and Weight Loss Program

If you are interested to know if your weight gain is caused by a hormonal imbalance, but you also want to be on our weight loss program, this is the program for you that has the necessary lab components to help you. Includes:

*No refunds on programs that are on a payment plan. Even if the patient decides not to continue with the program before it ends, the dollar amount that was agreed will still be charged.
