Ivette is a passionate and dedicated certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M International University. With over a decade of experience in patient care, she has developed exceptional expertise in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings, including family medicine, aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, neurology, oncology, and medical-surgical care.
Ivette has personally struggled with weight gain and hormonal imbalances, which inspired her commitment to helping others facing similar challenges. For years, she felt dismissed and unheard when told by providers to “eat less and exercise more” or rely solely on birth control to manage her symptoms. When these approaches failed to yield results, she embarked on her own journey toward health and healing. Through her experience with a tailored weight loss and wellness program, Ivette regained her health and confidence, sparking her passion for empowering others to do the same.
Trained in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) by the prestigious Academy of Preventative & Innovative Medicine, and a proud member of the Obesity Medicine Association, Ivette employs an integrative approach to weight loss and wellness. She combines evidence-based practices with compassionate care, addressing the root causes of weight and hormonal issues. Her programs are designed to meet each patient’s unique needs, guiding them toward sustainable health and vitality.
Now the founder of her own wellness clinic, Ivette is dedicated to transforming lives by helping individuals reclaim control over their health. With her professional expertise and personal understanding, she ensures every patient feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey to better health.
