Transparent Pricing & Visit Policies
At Confidence Clinic, we believe in clear and transparent pricing. We want you to understand what is included in your visit, what may have an additional cost, and how your appointment will be billed before receiving services.
Our visit fees are based on the type of care, complexity of the visit, services addressed, and provider time required.
What Your Visit Fee Covers
Your visit fee includes the services specifically listed under the appointment type you selected.
Depending on the appointment, this may include:
- Medical consultation and evaluation
- Body Composition Analysis
- Certain laboratory testing
- Nutrition or lifestyle guidance
- Medication evaluation and prescribing, when medically appropriate
- Other services specifically listed as included with that appointment
Services that are not specifically listed as included may have an additional cost.
Focused Visits vs. Comprehensive Wellness Care
Our Weight Loss, HRT/TRT, Peptide, and Primary Care appointments are focused visits.
A focused visit is intended to address the primary reason for which the appointment was scheduled.
We understand that health concerns often overlap. You are always welcome to discuss additional concerns with your provider; however, addressing concerns outside the scope of your scheduled appointment may change the cost or type of visit.
Adding a Secondary Concern — +$25
If you have one limited additional concern that can reasonably be evaluated during your scheduled appointment, a $25 Additional Service Fee may apply.
For example:
Weight Loss Visit + Primary Care Concern = +$25
Weight Loss Visit + Brief Hormone Concern = +$25
HRT/TRT Visit + Primary Care Concern = +$25
Peptide Visit + Separate Medical Concern = +$25
The additional fee allows the provider to appropriately evaluate, document, and manage a concern outside the original scope of the appointment.
When Does My Appointment Become a Wellness Visit?
Sometimes health concerns cannot appropriately be separated into individual services.
If you would like your provider to evaluate multiple areas of your health, your appointment may be considered a Comprehensive Wellness Visit rather than a focused Weight Loss, HRT/TRT, Peptide, or Primary Care appointment.
This may include evaluating several concerns together, such as:
- Weight management
- Hormone symptoms
- Thyroid concerns
- Insulin resistance or metabolic health
- Vitamin or nutritional deficiencies
- Fatigue
- Hair loss
- Sleep concerns
- Menstrual changes
- Menopause/perimenopause symptoms
- Digestive concerns
- Multiple chronic conditions
- Other interconnected symptoms
Comprehensive Wellness visits allow additional time for a deeper review of your medical history, symptoms, laboratory findings, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and overall health.
If your ongoing care involves management of multiple wellness areas, future appointments will generally be billed at our Wellness Follow-Up rate of $125 per visit rather than an individual focused-service follow-up rate.
Whenever possible, our team will let you know if your appointment needs to be changed to a different visit type or if an additional fee will apply.
Medications & Prescriptions
Medication costs are not included in your visit fee unless specifically stated otherwise.
When medically appropriate, prescriptions may be sent to a commercial/local pharmacy or a preferred compounding pharmacy.
Insurance may be used for commercially available prescription medications when covered by your individual insurance plan.
Compounded medications are self-pay. Prices differed based on compounded medication. Ask us the price before ordering.
Payment for an appointment does not guarantee a prescription, medication, refill, controlled substance, peptide, hormone therapy, or any specific treatment.
All medications and treatments are prescribed only when medically appropriate and at the provider’s discretion.
Laboratory Testing
We believe laboratory pricing should be clear as well.
If laboratory testing is specifically listed as included with your appointment, those tests are included in your visit price.
Additional testing, expanded panels, repeat testing, and monitoring laboratory tests are an additional cost.
Depending on the service, patients may have the option to:
- Use our transparent self-pay laboratory pricing, or
- Use their medical insurance for outside laboratory testing when appropriate.
Patients choosing to use insurance are responsible for verifying their individual laboratory benefits, deductible, coinsurance, and coverage directly with their insurance company.
Confidence Clinic cannot guarantee insurance coverage or the final amount billed by an outside laboratory.
Prior Authorizations — $25
Medication prior authorization requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee per prior authorization.
This fee covers the administrative work required to prepare and submit documentation to your insurance company.
The prior authorization fee does not guarantee that your insurance company will approve or pay for the medication.
Additional appeals, extensive documentation, peer-to-peer reviews, or repeated insurance requests may require an additional administrative fee depending on the amount of work required.
Forms, Letters & Administrative Requests
Medical forms, letters, paperwork, and other administrative requests completed outside of a scheduled appointment may have an additional administrative fee.
Examples include:
- Employment forms
- School forms
- Medical clearance forms
- FMLA or disability paperwork
- Patient-requested medical letters
- Insurance documentation
- Additional medical records/forms requiring provider review
- Other documents requiring provider completion or signature
Fees depend on the complexity and time required to complete the request.
Please ask our office for pricing before requesting a form or document.
If a medical evaluation is required to safely or appropriately complete the requested documentation, an appointment may also be required.
Included Fat-Burning / Energy Booster Injections
Certain Weight Loss or Wellness appointments may include Fat-Burning/Energy Booster Injections as part of the visit.
When injections are included with your visit, they must be used within 4 weeks of the qualifying appointment.
Included injections:
- Expire 4 weeks after the qualifying visit
- Do not roll over to the following month
- Cannot be transferred to another patient
- Cannot be exchanged for another service
- Cannot be converted into cash or account credit
- Are forfeited if not used within the applicable 4-week period
Additional injections may be purchased separately when medically appropriate, these need to be used within 6 months of buying.
Imaging, Outside Services & Pharmacy Charges
Imaging studies, medications, outside laboratory services, pharmacy charges, specialist services, and other services performed outside Confidence Clinic are not included in our visit fees unless specifically stated.
When we provide an order or referral for an outside service, the patient is responsible for charges from that facility or company.
Insurance & Self-Pay Services
Confidence Clinic is primarily a self-pay practice.
Office visit fees are paid directly to Confidence Clinic and are not dependent on insurance coverage.
When appropriate, patients may still be able to use their medical insurance for:
- Commercially available prescription medications
- Outside laboratory testing
- Imaging
- Specialist services
- Other covered services performed outside our clinic
Coverage varies by insurance plan. Patients are responsible for confirming benefits and coverage directly with their insurance company.

Our goal is to explain what is included, what is optional, and what may cost extra before services are provided whenever reasonably possible.
When booking your appointment, please choose the visit that best represents what you would like to address.
If your goal is to address one primary area, such as Weight Loss, HRT/TRT, Peptide Therapy, or Primary Care, choose the corresponding focused visit.
If you have multiple symptoms, conditions, or wellness goals that you would like evaluated together, our Comprehensive Wellness Visit is generally the most appropriate choice.
